Student Spotlight: Dominic Corcoran

Meet Dominic Corcoran, an 8th grader at PALCS, and an avid performer. Dominic and his older sister, Sofia, were born in Philadelphia and now reside in Delaware County. Growing up, Dominic was a very precocious child, reading and entertaining at a very young age.

CPFA Jazz Mavericks Travel to NYC

On April 7, 2018, the PALCS Center for Performing Arts (CPFA) Jazz Mavericks made a trip to New York City to participate in their first overnight performance trip. They attended the NYC Jazz Festival at the historic Apollo Theater, located in Harlem.

April 12, 2018 marked the opening of the 2018 CPFA Senior Art Exhibition. This annual exhibit celebrates and displays the work of 15 remarkable Center for Performing and Fine Arts students from the Class of 2018.

The high school seniors of PA Leadership Charter School Center's Performing and Fine Arts (CPFA) are proud to present their final high school exhibition. PALCS will be celebrating the fine arts with 15 remarkable students from the Class of 2017! The Senior Art show exhibit will take place from April 20 - June 20.

We are pleased to announce the ongoing success of our CPFA High School Jazz Ensemble, whose consistent talent led them to receive a rating of “Outstanding” this past weekend at another Cavalcade of Bands Jazz Festival.
