Brief Biography: Ms. Donegan worked for the Substitute Teacher Service for about 4 years after she graduated, substitute teaching in various school districts throughout Delaware County. She also worked as a building substitute for Glenwood Elementary School in Media, PA. “I then came to PALCS in 2012 and have loved it ever since<” says Ms. Donegan. “I am lucky enough to work with a wonderful staff. I enjoy watching students grow and succeed each day.”
