Project Description

Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School strives to provide a successful online cyber education program for all of our students, including students with disabilities. Students who qualify for special education services are provided a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment to support meaningful progress in their curriculum. Students are supported via accommodations and modifications in the general education online curriculum, along with their non-disabled peers, to the maximum extent possible. Students are supported using specially designed instruction and appropriate supplementary services and aids. Parents are partners with PALCS’ staff in supporting their students in the home cyber environment and as part of the IEP team. Visit our Special Education page to learn more about how PALCS supports our special education students.
