Education: Bachelors in Elementary Education K-6 and ELD Program Specialist from Millersville University
Masters in School Counseling K-12 from West Chester Univeristy.
Brief Biography: Ms. Rattmann recently joined the PALCS team in January of 2021. She has been teaching for 11 years, and is super excited to be given the opportunity to teach the grade she loves most, Second Grade.
