Brief Biography: Ms. Waltz teaches because learning makes life interesting. In her eyes, history creates a window to a world that no longer exists. At the same time, its study of the human condition endures and drives the decisions we make today. She encourages her students to think critically and determine what history means to them. Furthermore, Ms. Waltz feels that PALCS provides an ideal setting to lead students through the exploration of the Social Studies, challenging them to adopt the skills of a historian in a digital age.
