Brief Biography: Mrs. Humbert lives near Pittsburgh with her husband and two boys. She LOVES to read and make big messes! Baking is one of her favorite things to do, and she loves to paint, read, and build things. Her love of camping keeps her involved with Scouts, BSA along with her family. Mrs. Humbert enjoys traveling, particularly to the beach at Lake Erie and the ocean in Virginia, and she also loves to visit museums, historic sites and festivals.
Mrs. Humbert loves to learn new things and share her passion for making art with her students. She has been cyber-teaching since 2003 and understands that learning in the cyber world is tough and requires many hours of hard work. It is a great option for families who travel or for students who don’t feel safe at their local school or who are searching for more rigor in their child’s education. Students are able to get to know each other and form friendships with students from all over the state by attending virtual lessons and other social activities and field trips. One of Mrs. Humbert’s favorite things is meeting students on field trips and during activities!
