Brief Biography: Mr. Wagner is a dynamic educator with nearly 15 years of experience teaching at Haverford, where he has been deeply passionate about fostering students’ skills in technology, financial literacy, coding, and career readiness. His journey into education was driven by a love for working with children and a desire to prepare them for the ever-evolving technological landscape.
Beyond the classroom, Mr. Wagner has held leadership roles, including serving as the Unified Arts Department Head, where he managed a diverse team of 25 teachers across various disciplines. His commitment to student success extends outside of academics, as he has also coached football, cross country, and track, and mentored students through the HEART program. In addition to his work in education,
Mr. Wagner has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded “This App Saves Lives” to combat distracted driving, and founded “Smooth Moving Pros LLC,” one of Philadelphia’s top-rated moving companies. His entrepreneurial ventures highlight his ability to drive growth, manage complex operations, and build strong partnerships. Nate is excited to bring his extensive experience and passion for technology education to PALCS. He looks forward to contributing to innovative teaching methods and continuing his mission of empowering students to achieve their full potential in a digital world.
