Brief Biography: Mr. Packer originally became interested in teaching as a result of both of his parents being educators. “Teaching was so much a part of my life before I even know what it was,” he explains. “For me, the flame to educate young students was ignited by a coaching job that I had at Lampeter-Strasburg School District. That, coupled with the great love I have for technology and kids, has lead me to PALCS.” Outside of PALCS, he serves as a wrestling coach at the School District of Lancaster and is married with two children and three cats.
