Brief Biography: Prior to PALCS, Mrs. Chandler taught for the Kennett Consolidated School District as a Life Skills Teacher. After four years of teaching, she became a stay at home mom. As her boys got older and went to school, she decided to look into other teaching opportunities. That decision led her to PALCS.
When she’s not teaching, Mrs. Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She likes traveling, spending time at the beach, and attending her sons’ wrestling and baseball sporting events. When she gets some alone time, Mrs. Chandler enjoys the arts. Sewing is her true passion, but she can be found fiddling with paper or a paint brush.
Vision for PALCS: “The most valuable attribute I see to cyber education is the ability for parents to be regularly involved in all aspects of their child’s education. They can be part of the lesson, view the projects being completed, and correspond with teachers on a regular basis.”
