Brief Biography: Mrs. Tope became a teacher to work with young people and make a difference in their lives. Prior to coming to PALCS, she spent eleven years working in the New York City Public Schools and five years as a naturalist at a New York State Park. What she likes best about PALCS is the opportunity she has “to communicate to many more students at a deeper level than I ever did in public school.”
