Brief Biography: Before coming to PALCS, Dr. Wingerter served for many years as a high school principal and later as Superintendent of Schools for the Marple Newtown School District. He has taught at the graduate level at Temple University and served as a member of the Graduate Education Faculty at Immaculata University. Dr. Wingerter was appointed as the Assistant Dean of the College of Graduate Studies at Immaculata University and served until 2007. At PALCS, he served as the President of the Board of Trustees, and is now a consultant for the academic program.
