Teachers
PA Leadership Charter School has assembled highly skilled groups of academic administrators and grade level teams. Each team has teachers across all subject areas, special education teachers, federal Title I teachers, ESL teachers, guidance counselors, academic advisors and support staff. Grade Level Coordinators serve as the leaders and administrators for each team.
In addition to Grade Level Coordinators, we have Content Area Specialists in the subject areas of English, mathematics, social studies, science, foreign language, business/technology, art, music and physical education. The Content Area Specialists ensure that all coursework continues to provide all subjects a student needs to master and that our curriculum covers all Pennsylvania state standards through teacher-designed lessons.
Teachers at PALCS are certified, highly qualified, have life experiences in their area of expertise, and many have years of teaching experience. Our teachers partner with Home Facilitator to provide thorough accountability for each student.
