Missing Items

If you are missing any items from your school computer system, such as a keyboard, printer ink or a CD, you will want to contact the PALCS Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC. 

Below is slightly more information on each type of item.

Missing Installation CDs:

You can download most installation packages for printers and webcams from our Downloads page. 

If you would still like a CD, or if your Internet connection is not fast, please contact the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC.

Missing a mouse/keyboard/headset/flash drive/webcam:

  1. Double check all packaging.  Keyboards in particular are often missed in the computer tower box because they are wrapped in cardboard and just look like packing material.
  2. If you do not have one, call the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC

Missing Printer Ink:

If you just received a replacement printer, double check that the ink is not already in your printer.

If there is no ink in the printer or the packaging, call 1-877-PALCS-TLC.  The Help Desk will require the following information:

  1. Your student(s) name.
  2. Your printer model (should be Lexmark x3350, Lexmark x5270, Lexmark x3550, or HP)
  3. If you need a black or color cartridge, or both
  4. You will need to specify that this is a newly received printer that did not have ink.
