If you are missing any items from your school computer system, such as a keyboard, printer ink or a CD, you will want to contact the PALCS Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC.
Below is slightly more information on each type of item.
Missing Installation CDs:
You can download most installation packages for printers and webcams from our Downloads page.
If you would still like a CD, or if your Internet connection is not fast, please contact the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC.
Missing a mouse/keyboard/headset/flash drive/webcam:
- Double check all packaging. Keyboards in particular are often missed in the computer tower box because they are wrapped in cardboard and just look like packing material.
- If you do not have one, call the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC
Missing Printer Ink:
If you just received a replacement printer, double check that the ink is not already in your printer.
If there is no ink in the printer or the packaging, call 1-877-PALCS-TLC. The Help Desk will require the following information:
- Your student(s) name.
- Your printer model (should be Lexmark x3350, Lexmark x5270, Lexmark x3550, or HP)
- If you need a black or color cartridge, or both
- You will need to specify that this is a newly received printer that did not have ink.
