PALCS will supply EACH student with ONE new ink cartridge (black OR color, but NOT BOTH,) per school year.
Examples:
- A family with one student in the school is entitled one black OR color cartridge per year (not both.) Other cartridges must be purchased by the family.
- A family with two or more students: EACH student is entitled to one black OR color cartridge per year. Therefore, two students may receive a total of two cartridges (most families request a black for one student and a color for the other student.) Other cartridges must be purchased by the family.
To receive your replacement cartridge, please call 1-877-PALCS-TLC. The Help Desk will require the following information:
- Your student(s) name.
- Your printer model (should be Lexmark x3350, Lexmark x5270, Lexmark x3550, or HP)
- If you need a black or color cartridge
