If your recorded chat is freezing, there are a few steps to follow to fix the problem.
- Exit the chat, close Firefox and close any other programs that you are not using. Reopen Firefox, Clear your Cache and try the chat again.
- Go to our Downloads page and download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and Mozilla Firefox. Try the chat again.
- If it is still freezing, there may be a problem with the chat itself or we may be having issues with our servers. You may contact the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC to check.
