Recorded Chats

If your recorded chat is freezing, there are a few steps to follow to fix the problem.

  1. Exit the chat, close Firefox and close any other programs that you are not using.  Reopen Firefox, Clear your Cache and try the chat again.

  2. Go to our Downloads page and download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and Mozilla Firefox. Try the chat again.

  3. If it is still freezing, there may be a problem with the chat itself or we may be having issues with our servers.  You may contact the Help Desk at 1-877-PALCS-TLC to check.
