If your live chat is freezing, there are a few steps to follow to fix the problem.

1. Exit the chat, close Firefox and close any other programs that you are not using.  Reopen Firefox, Clear your Cache and try the chat again.  This will fix the problem most of the time.
   
   
2. Go to our Downloads page and download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and Mozilla Firefox. Try the chat again.
   
   
3. Also from our Downloads page, download and install the Adobe Connect Add-In.  Try the chat again.
