About Board Meetings

PALCS Board Meeting public sessions take place from 1 pm – 3 pm on the third Friday of every other month. In-person meetings are held at 1332 Enterprise Drive (East Goshen), West Chester, PA 19380.


Attend In-Person

Board Executive Session(s) begin at 12:00 noon and ends when the Board is finished discussing necessary real estate, personnel and/or legal issues. Executive Sessions are for Board Members only. The ending time for Executive sessions can be anytime between 12:30 to 1:30 depending on agenda. You are encouraged to call or e-mail to receive an update on the Board’s agenda time line for the Executive Session. Public Board Meetings begin five minutes after the Executive Session ends. If you plan on attending in person, please email bot@palcs.org so we can be prepared to welcome you and guide you to the right location.

Webcast coverage is available for the public Board Meeting. To join the online session click on the “Webcast coverage” link to be connected. This link will only be active during Board Meeting sessions. If you need to contact the Board of Trustees please email bot@palcs.org.
