Kim Knauer
Art Teacher

With a life-long love of art, Kim Knauer received her BFA in sculpture from Tyler School of Art, her MFA in sculpture and interdisciplinary studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her teaching certification from Moore College of Art and Design. A practicing sculptor, her work examines social issues spanning the past one hundred years. She uses humor and word play in the majority of her work, which is shown nationally. Originally from West Chester, Kim currently lives in the Pottstown area with her husband Derek, their two cats and an incorrigible dachshund named Mac (who sat on her lap while she typed this).
