Team Building Days

The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School’s mission reaches beyond academics. Cyber students thrive when given opportunities to get together, face to face, to play team building games carefully selected to reflect interpersonal learning in the areas of communication, working together on projects, trusting each other, and social skills to name a few.

Each year PALCS runs teambuilding days in different areas of the state, to bring together students in different grades. Students are given opportunities to make new friends, learn skills for interpersonal success, meet some of their teachers, and create new ways to stay connected online and in person with their peers.
