The Leadership Center Leadership Certificate 

The goal of the Leadership Center is to train tomorrow's leaders today.

A Leadership Certificate recognizes students who complete four Leadership courses.

There are two required courses for all students:

1. Student Leadership: Students will study leadership concepts, as well as developing and     implementing a volunteer project to meet a community need. This course also requires attendance at     a retreat in September.

2. Civic Leadership: Students will run for Student Government offices, solve problems, and initiate     projects or events at their school. Students will meet the National Standards for Leadership as     reported by Student Council Associations.

To complete the certificate, each student must complete two of the following four electives:

1. Career Awareness
2. Career Exploration
3. Panama Language Immersion Course
4. Home-Based Business Senior Seminar
