Leadership Development

To be an effective leader, you must first develop yourself and your character from “the inside out”, and secondly, you must find ways to be of authentic service to others. Our special Leadership Development programs provide you with powerful and fun educational programs and experiences you can’t find anywhere in a traditional school.

Our Young Leaders Program is one of the most advanced leadership-development and character-education programs in the world, and focuses on developing the young leader within (mind, body, heart, and soul) to engage in action and service learning.

Our Leaders In Action Program is a highly experiential and community action program focused on service-learning projects that you design to make a difference in others lives.

The Center also provides daily online leadership development opportunities for you to participate with scores of other students in a virtual student government, and also participate in field trips and forums with community and state-level political leaders.

Since you will be working in a global society when you graduate from high school or college, the Leadership Center will be supporting you through active career exploration assessments, field trips to seminars, career fairs, and job shadowing experiences in organizations, as well as your own “career portfolio” development.
