Enrollment Packet

Before enrolling a student, you must complete an Application of Intent form.

Enrollment is OPEN for ALL students.

After completing the application, you will have the option of downloading the enrollment packet.  If you do this, please print and mail this packet to the PALCS office nearest you. Instructions for completing the packet, additional required documentation, and the address to which to return the packet are included. 

To ensure your enrollment will take place in a timely manner, please be sure to include all the appropriate documents. 

After we receive your packet, we will process it and set up an orientation (as described on the main Admissions page.)  Please do not withdraw your children from their current school district until the orientation has taken place.
